The 3rd BREAFF was successfully held during the Ecological Civilization Guiyang International Forum on July 11, 2014,. Niu Dun, Vice Minister of Agriculture, P.R.C., Surakiart Sathirathai, former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, Liu Fucheng, Party Secretary of Guizhou Agriculture Committee, Huang Dazhou, former Mayor of Chinese Taipei, Wang Ying, Director of International Division of Ministry of Agriculture, P.R.C., Zhang Lubiao, Director of International Cooperation Bureau, of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and honorable guests, experts and scholars from UK, Switzerland, Thailand and Taiwan attended the Forum. The Forum focused at  development and opportunity of modern agriculture, and discussed the global trend of eco-agriculture.
