Co-hosted by the State Administration for Market Regulation, P.R.C., Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the 10th Belt and Road Eco-Agriculture and Food Safety Forum, as one of the official supporting event, was held successfully on 6 November, 2018, during the first CIIE in Shanghai.
 
The purpose of this forum is to expand food imports and promotes international cooperation. Zhang Mao, Minister of the State Administration for Market Regulation of China, Li Xiaolin, President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Xu Kunlin, Deputy Mayor of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, former Prime Minister of France, and other distinguished guests attended the forum.
